633 Recruitment Incentive Program

Local 633 has initiated an incentive program that rewards current members, for recruiting new Journeyman and Apprentice Cement Masons & Plasterers into Local 633.

Criteria and guidelines:

• Effective January 1, 2021
• Current member must be in “Good Standing” with Local 633 to receive incentive rewards.
• New member prospects must be employed consistently, with at least 500 hours over a 6-month period for incentive to apply.
• Hours and employment will be verified through Trust Administration office from employer remittance reports after 6-month qualifying period.
• For incentive reward to qualify, prospects must be new to OPCMIA and Local 633. Referrals of former members will not be considered for incentive rewards.

Referral Reward

*Each member prospect who meets the above criteria will qualify the referring member for the receipt of $500.00. The duration of the “Recruitment Incentive Program” is at the discretion of the Business Manager and Executive Board and will be reviewed and may be changed or modified as manpower needs, financial viability or other circumstances may warrant.
